Adult Mounted Day Camps

In the morning, you’ll have a 45 minute ridden session in pairs, focusing on your position and thinking about whether it changes when you go down the centre line or into the jumping arena.

You’ll put it to the test in the afternoon during a test riding session, judged by a listed BD judge, do pole work or jump, depending on what the focus of the day camp is.

Before lunch, you’ll be entertained by an informative talk from our horse and human physiotherapist, who’s passionate about the horse-human biomechanic relationship. She'll have you on Swiss balls and on the therapy table, working out where your physical strengths and weakness lie, and giving you tips on how to translate any corrections into your riding.

Between your ridden sessions, you’ll participate in a mindset/confidence workshop with our specialist coach.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day, and you’ll be fed on delicious, healthy dishes from our Conscious Equestrian recipe page, created by home economist to the stars, Georgia May.

Goodie bags will be given to participants at the end of the day.

AND we’ll have a photographer there to capture it all.

Adult Unmounted Day Camps

We'll start the day with an introduction to The Conscious Equestrian concept and mission, and why looking after ourselves as riders is so damn important.

Ali will chat to delegates about what they want from the day, and will be available throughout to answer any questions and help out where necessary.

Delegates will be split into two small groups: each group will take part in a confidence/mindset workshop and a fitness class taster session. The fitness classes vary, and might be yoga, Pilates or strength and conditioning.

Under 16s Mounted Camps

We'll start the day with an introduction to The Conscious Equestrian concept and mission, and begin to instill our important message into the minds of our future equestrians.

To start the day, Ali will chat to delegates about what they understand about the equestrian well-being message, and will be available throughout to answer any questions and help out where necessary.

The ridden sessions are on the flat and run in pairs. During these we focus on the rider's responsibility to the horse, in terms of position, communication and balance.

Delegates are split into two small groups for unmounted sessions: each group will take part in a confidence/mindset workshop and a fitness class taster session. The fitness classes vary, and might be yoga, Pilates or strength and conditioning, all specifically tailored for under 16s.

At lunchtime, participants be entertained by an informative talk from our horse and human physiotherapist, who’s passionate about the horse-human biomechanic relationship.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day, and you’ll be fed on delicious, healthy dishes from our Conscious Equestrian recipe book, created by home economist to the stars, Georgia May.
